We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your football gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every purchase scores a goal with you, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. Our returns policy is as straightforward as a penalty kick.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sleepwear & Underwear (unless faulty)
  • Babywear (unless faulty)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Instructions

We’ll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with return instructions and any required documentation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and send to:

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  • If the replacement is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference
  • If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover return shipping costs
  • Priority processing for replacements or refunds
