Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In resalable condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sleepwear & Underwear (unless faulty)
- Babywear (unless faulty)
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Notify Us
Email our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
We’ll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with return instructions and any required documentation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and send to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- If the replacement is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference
- If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Priority processing for replacements or refunds
